2 Months 2 Weeks!

I realize I am getting a little lazy in updating the blog so I apologize to everyone for not having this post out sooner! Max is now 2 months & 2 weeks old and still growing. He had his two month check up the day before his two month birthday and he was weighing in at 10lbs 4oz and 23in long! How fast they grow...He's officially out of newborn clothing and into 3 month sizes, out of newborn diapers and into the size 1's. He has been smiling like a maniac and is juuust starting to figure out how to laugh - it's the cutest thing I think I've ever experienced.

Thanksgiving was pretty easy, we were at my dad's for dinner that night, enjoying my brother, my parents and my grandparent's company. Friday we went to my mom's and had a joint thanksgiving with the Puzans which was very special since it has been a while since we've done that. Cameron's birthday this past weekend was also pretty mellow since he doesn't like to go out. We stayed home and I cooked and pet him and changed the baby all day. Happy Birthday Bunny! :)

Billy and Linnie came over the weekend before and took some really great pictures of Max - Thank you guys, you are AMAZING!

The Littlest Big Baby

Its been a little bit of time since the last blog update, so we have some catching up to do here! What we missed was Halloween, Sandy and another doctors appointment.

So we will start with Halloween! He missed it completely. I carved pumpkins for him & passed out candy. He slept. Oh well, hopefully he will be a little more interested next year. But here are a few pictures of his first halloween:

Of course he slept through the whole thing!

Here is also the Mommy & me yoga picture I promised from the last post...Max is really enjoying that time together, as I am. Lunch with some of the  other moms afterwards is great too; I love having the company of women who are going through similar challenges & delights as myself.

And finally, Hurricane Sandy. We did lose power, but only for about 16 hours, most of which was overnight. We slept with Max in bed with us to make sure he stayed warm, then picnicked in the basement in front of the fireplace. Max of course, slept through the whole thing.

Lastly, we had to take Max to the doctors this week because we were concerned about his umbilical hernia and his vomiting. The doctor said he was fine and everything looked pretty normal. He's certainly growing; he weighed in at 9lbs 9oz and is 22inches!! We're so glad to hear how big he's getting, but the best news is that we can try to get him to sleep through the night! YAY! So far no luck with that but its good to know it will happen soon!

On an adult side note, Cam & I will be celebrating our one year wedding anniversary Sunday! Thank you to everyone who helped make this past year awesome! We love you all!
Happy Anniversary!
